Return & Refund Policy

At Fade District, we stand behind the quality of our barber equipment and professional tools. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• All parts, hardware, and accessories must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Shopify Return Rules Alignment

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible returned items.

Items marked as Final Sale or listed under designated non-returnable collections are not eligible for return.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

• Used equipment
• Opened sanitation or hygiene products
• Clearance or discounted items
• Custom or special-order items
• Items marked “Final Sale”

  1. Large Equipment Returns (Chairs, Stations, Cabinets)

Due to the size and freight costs of barber chairs, stations, cabinets, and large equipment:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• A 15% restocking fee may apply
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Freight damage caused after delivery is not covered

We strongly recommend inspecting all freight deliveries upon arrival.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damage
• Keep original packaging

Failure to report freight damage within 48 hours may void eligibility for replacement.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow return procedures.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  1. Return Authorization Required

Do not send returns without prior approval.

  1. Shipping Responsibility

Fade District is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).
